Worksheet: Sentences with Comparative Adjectives

The comparative adjective enlivens communication by stating someone or something has more or less of a quality. While monosyllabic adjectives switch to comparative with -er or -ier, multisyllabic adjectives employ a different process, i.e with one of the words "more" or "less" preceding them. This printable adjective worksheet has 10 sentences, and students complete each sentence using the comparative degree of the adjective in the parentheses.

This free worksheet is ideal for students of 4th grade and 5th grade.
