Is, Am, and Are Worksheet
The helping verbs "is", "am", and "are" steal a great deal of the auxiliary show, and they do so for a reason: there is little in English that's not affected by one of these three helping verbs. The auxiliary "is" is used with the third person singular, and "am" goes with the first person singular. "Are" accompanies the third person plural. Don't miss out on this printable helping verb worksheet where students carefully read and complete each sentence using one of the three helping verbs: is, am, or are.
This worksheet perfectly works for 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and 4th grade.
